What does SuperBlankMEGAHack mean (it's in the unique parts in willowtree, second to last)?

My guess is that it is a "title" in reference to the Mega Cannon which is a unique Eridian (alien) weapon in DLC3 (Gen Knoxx). It may or may not appear in-game.
