It may be possible to pick it up from a multi-player game. If not it's most likely a symptom of mucking about wit WillowTree.

I found this quote on a site devoted to a basic guide for Willow Tree:

"Quests - Click the quests tab. From here, you can edit your progress/completion of quests. This is only useful to change the description of the quests to shock your friends, or reset/finish quests depending on where you are in the game. Messing around with these are sketchy and can disrupt your storyline. Be careful." [Emphasis added]

So, that may be further anecdotal evidence that messing with quests in Willow Tree may have unintended consequences, lol.

[EDIT: However, "messing with quests" was not the case for this character (a hunter) because this character has not had any glitched missions, unlike my soldier.]

Re: Willow Shrubbery

Also used Wiloow Shrubbery (WS) recently to unglitch a "Steal Loot" (SL) glitch for a solo hunter (Level 69) for a "It's Like Christmas!" (ILC) mission. I used the option to un-glitch at the top of the list (2nd one) to unglitch quests with missions/objectives out of order. This corrected the glitch problem and I didn't have to redo any prior missions (e.g., "Super-Marcus Sweep"[SMS]). I note this since my previous experience with a "SL"-glitched soldier (player error) resulted in having to redo the "SMS" mission, but I believe I used a different option to un-glitch.

What was strange about the hunter "SL"-glitch for the "ILC" mission was that I had never played through the mission before, not even a "threshold" glitch play-through! Another strange thing was that I had acquired the "ILC" mission prior to acquiring the "SMS" mission, for some yet unknown reason [EDIT: The subject of a separate post]. [EDIT: Ignore previous edit.]

More anecdotal evidence that WS, and WT, can possibly mess with quests and have unintended consequences, lol.
